⏤ DELIVERY TERMS

 

Deliveries are ensured by the services of La Poste, Colissimo and Delivengo for international markets. The delivery costs applicable to the Order are those indicated on the Site at the time of the Order. Orders are generally delivered within 72 working hours in mainland France. The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering and the time indicated. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. The delivery time does not take into account the order preparation time. The Seller points out that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is up to the Customer to notify the carrier of any reservations about the delivered product. If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the buyer must then check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).

⏤ WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

Any Customer, considered a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, ordering on the Seller's Site for non-professional needs, benefits from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from delivery of the order to return our products to the Seller with a view to its exchange or reimbursement, without penalties, the return costs are the responsibility of the Seller, unless the products of the same order are returned in several installments, or the order is delivered outside mainland France. product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, new, unworn and unwashed. Subject to the perfect condition of the returned product, reimbursement will be provided by the Seller, depending on the means of payment of its choice, within a maximum period of thirty days from the date on which the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal. The Customer is nevertheless entitled to opt for another reimbursement method. However, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the Customer's specifications such as tailor-made products. The right of withdrawal is exercised by completing the withdrawal form .
