We are very happy to finally present our new range that we have been co-creating with the shaper, surfer and craftsman Paul Duvignau for over a year in Hossegor. We have designed it, and tested it in every condition, to be sure to offer you the best partner for your adventures. This hat is the perfect combination of utility and style. It will follow you in your daily life as well as in your most committed trips. Let's take it on the road and explore the best places in the world. It will become your partner and will bring back so many memories shared with it.
 
Our felt
For this model, we decided to use a pure wool felt that comes from our mountains,  the Pyrenees. The aim was to shorten the circuit and to offer a different wool to complete our range. This wool is thicker and more robust than our merino wool. We could say it is almost indestructible, 100X quality (a rating used in the millinery world) and in addition to being UV resistant, our felt is water repellent and therefore water resistant. You can wear your hat in the rain or in very wet conditions.  Finally, the idea of the Traveler was to make it your adventure partner! So we designed a hat that can be folded and reshaped, its wool remains soft despite its thickness, without compromising its fit.
 
Robustness
The details and finishes of the Traveler have been designed to give you an even more robust product.  We have kept our thick cotton reinforcement on the brim of the hat to prevent the felt from getting damaged.  We have also lined all the inner and outer seams with transparent thread after noticing that fragile seams are often the first defect of many hats.  We added stainless steel (A2) eyelets to prevent them from rusting.
 
Details
We wanted to offer this hat as we see it, so it needed a practical side.  To achieve this, we added a chinstrap that allows you to attach it to your head or put it on your back.  As with all our hats, you will find our thick cotton label, designed to hang your hat on your wall or on your backpack.  We know that not everyone's head is the same, so Milo Hats & Co has come up with a system that allows you to adjust the size of the hat for an optimal fit. It is a sliding link system that is located inside the inner cotton band, a band that allows you to wear your hat with both dry and wet hair.
